Yes! The TurboTail™ was specifically designed with powerful all-surface traction. It glides effortlessly over hardwood, tile, and low/medium pile carpet, and is strong enough to conquer most thicker, plusher rugs as well.

What if my cat seems scared of it at first?

That's a very normal reaction for some cats with a new, moving toy. We recommend introducing it slowly, let them sniff it while it's turned off first. Then, activate it for short periods in a large, open space until they realize it's an exciting new prey to hunt and not a danger to them.

How often will I need to charge the TurboTail™?

With typical daily play in the motion-activated 'smart' mode, most owners find they only need to charge it every few days. Thanks to its modern USB-C port, it also recharges quickly and conveniently, so the fun never has to wait for long.

Can young kittens play with it?

Yes! The TurboTail™ is fantastic for energetic kittens. We recommend introducing it once your kitten is at least 10-12 weeks old and has developed good coordination. Its size and durable, pet safe materials are perfect for their playful pounces and boundless energy.

How do I clean the TurboTail™?

Cleaning is simple. Just wipe the main ball with a slightly damp cloth. The tail can be detached and handwashed with a little soap and water, then left to air dry completely before reattaching.

How noisy is it?

The internal motor is engineered for low-noise operation. While not completely silent, it's quiet enough to not be disruptive, making it perfect for apartments and for keeping your cat entertained while you're working from home.

How does the "smart" motion-activated mode work?

In smart mode, the TurboTail™ will actively play for 5 minutes and then enter a standby state. It will then cleverly re-activate for another short play session whenever your cat bats or nudges it, ensuring they stay engaged throughout the day.

Does it get stuck under furniture?

The TurboTail™ is cleverly designed to avoid getting stuck. Because of its intelligent 360° motion, when it bumps into a wall or furniture, it doesn't get trapped trying to push forward. Instead, its momentum and multi-directional roll will naturally guide it into a new, clear path to keep the chase going.

Can my small dog play with it too?

While designed to awaken a cat's natural hunting instinct, many customers report their small, playful dogs (like Terriers, Dachshunds, etc) absolutely love chasing the TurboTail™. However, please note it is not designed to be a chew toy.
