How long will my order take to arrive?
We pack and dispatch all orders from our location in Brisbane within 1-2 business days. For most Australian customers, delivery then takes an estimated 2-7 business days. How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75! For orders under that amount, our standard tracked shipping is just $8.95. We also have express and international options available. You can see all our shipping rates on our SHIPPING INFORMATION PAGE.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible! If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@purepetco.com.au. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
